Simon’s own words express our enthusiasm:

This  is the year  of finishing the task !!!!!  God is good…all the time  and that  is his nature!  Give me high five.

I want  to  let you  know that  God in working.  After a number of years, we have great progress on this historical  building.  I am sure it time to finish the task. We have  the  windows in this historical pediatric hospital–and the only one in the country of Rwanda.  The children of Rwanda will wonder where on earth they can have such facility,  but it is very Biblical.  I was hungry;  you gave something to eat.  I was naked;  you clothed me.  I was in prison; you came to see meI was sick; you looked after me. Thanks for all you have done to look for the funds to see that we get this facility to be what it is today.  May God bless you for all your initiatives.

The windows and the doors are in above.   All the glasses are in place too. Praise the Lord.

The glass is in; see the reflection! ...and the door is starting to open!

I trust God by next year we can occupy this house and use it to what it is intended for !!!

Our goal is to open these doors to serve children as soon as possible!

Already we have a foundation, walls, roof, ceiling, plumbing, electricity, windows and retaining wall...all paid for and debt free!  We are so close to opening.

You can see the warm wood ceiling.

One of the needs still requiring money is land preparation.  Below you can see the land where Phase II building will stand.  It needs grating and a road needs to be cut to open the way to the hospital.

Here’s the challenge.  With no other dedicated pediatric facility, one out of ten children does not reach his/her tenth birthday.  Half who are diagnosed with HIV/AIDS do not receive treatment.  Children regularly die from diseases that can be easily treated such as diarrhea, respiratory infections, malaria and simple infections.  We need your help to OPEN THE DOORS to this facility!  Consider year-end giving with us!  Donate on this website!

A road will be cut to make the hospital accessible.

The new glass windows in the doors reflect the community the hospital will serve.

There’s a community of faith and love waiting to serve not only the children who enter these doors, but their families as well.
